We will not collect, use or share your personal information except as described in this Privacy Statement. We do not use techniques that collect personal information without your knowledge or sell email addresses or provide any personal information submitted through our website to any third parties for marketing purposes.
This Privacy Statement may be updated from time to time so that we can keep you updated as to our data privacy practices. If we make any material changes to our privacy practices the Privacy Statement will be updated by posting the revised version of this Notice on the PTI's website under the Privacy Statement link on the website homepage. We treat with the utmost respect and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional rules of conduct non-public information that you provide to us directly or about which we come to learn indirectly during our representation of you. This Privacy Statement is intended to summarize the firm’s data protection practices generally, and to advise our customers, vendors, job applicants, website visitors, and other third parties about PTI's privacy policies that may be applicable to them.

PTI collects non-public information in the course of providing service, sales and maintenance to our customers. This information includes records of personal property, products, or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies on our websites. PTI's website hosting company may record your visit to our website. The hosting company logs that information, including the name of each webpage accessed during that visit, the date and time of access, the data volume transferred, the operating system used by you, the referring URL, your IP address and the access requesting internet provider. We consent to the collection of that information in order to ensure website security.
If you are a prospective customer, employee, vendor or other type of entity that submits information through a portal provided by PTI or a PTI vendor or other forms used by the company, for example, on our website or via a direct hyperlink, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and other information you choose to voluntarily provide. We collect this information in order to process and respond to your inquiries and to ensure security of the service.

Consistent with our professional obligations, it has always been the policy of the company to exercise the utmost discretion regarding the information our customers, vendors and employees entrust to us.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement at any time without advance notice. Should any new policy go into effect for our Internet Services, the firm will post it on this website and relevant Internet Services.
